General Terms and Conditions
1. Booking
The booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from the property and, if required, upon payment of a deposit or the full amount.
2. Payment Methods
Payment is accepted only by credit card.
Some rates may require advance payment (non-refundable) or a deposit.
In case of a credit card booking, the property reserves the right to pre-authorize the amount prior to arrival.
3. Cancellation Policy
Flexible Rate: Free cancellation up to 2 days before arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.
Non-Refundable Rate: The total amount will be charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the selected rate.
4. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Check-out: by 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Taxes
All prices include VAT, unless otherwise specified.
Local city tax is not included and must be paid on site.
6. Children and Extra Beds
Children up to 10 years old stay free of charge when sharing the bed with their parents.
Extra beds or baby cots are available upon request and confirmation by the property. Additional charges may apply.
7. Pets
Pets are allowed in the property at no extra charge.
Guests are required to notify the property of their presence at the time of booking.
Pets must be kept under control at all times and must not disturb other guests.
Owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.
8. Guest Behavior
The property reserves the right to remove guests who behave inappropriately, disturb the peace, or violate hygiene or decency standards, without any refund.
9. Liability
The management is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left unattended within the property.
10. Privacy

11. Jurisdiction
Any dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Turin (Italy).
